"Get Your Zoom On" (GYZO) is a virtual fitness program designed to keep you active and healthy from the comfort of your home. GYZO sessions are led by Susan Musicant, a certified geriatric specialist and experienced physical therapist.

Program Details:

  • When: Three times a week

    • Mondays at 12:30pm​

    • Tuesdays at 1:00pm

    • Wednesdays at 12:00pm

  • Duration: Each session lasts one hour

  • Enrollment: Contact Susan Musicant to join
