"Get Your Zoom On" (GYZO) is a virtual fitness program designed to keep you active and healthy from the comfort of your home. GYZO sessions are led by Susan Musicant, DPT, certified geriatric specialist and experienced physical therapist.

Program Details:

In these sessions, you’ll learn how and why to exercise to prevent falls, stay strong, and continue doing the things you love. Our program focuses on practical, evidence-based exercises tailored to your needs.

 

When: Three times a week

  • Mondays at 12:30-1:30pm​

  • Wednesday at 1:00-2:00pm

  • Thursdays at 12:00-1:00pm​
